- 1 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 2-3 chopped tomatoes
- 1 grated carrot
- 2 tomato puree
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup water
- Half tablespoon chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Oregano dried
- Salt as per taste
- Black Pepper power
- Curry paste for garnishing
- Cheese and Mozzarella
- Lasagna Noodles or Pasta
Let’s Start The Recipe
Follow the given steps to start preparing your lasagna:-
Step 1 – Boil Your Lasagna Noodles
First, you need to boil lasagna noodles. You can skip this step by using already boiled lasagna, and it will take only 20-30 minutes to cook the noodles thoroughly.
Step 2 – Cook All The Veggies
The veggies include tomato, onion, garlic, bell pepper, and other veggies you want to add to the list. Now take a bowl, put 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil and add all the veggies. Make sure to cook all the veggies for at least 4-5 minutes. Do not turn off the flame until all the veggies turn light brown.
Step 3 – Prepare Tomato Sauce
Once your veggies are cooked, transfer them into a bowl. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and curry paste into the bowl. Now add salt (As per taste) and other spices accordingly. To bring a nice flavour, you can add white and black vinegar along with sugar. Put the bowl on a light flame and start stirring the puree nicely. Make sure to cook the puree for at least 3-0-45 minutes. Once the puree is ready, turn off the flame.

Step 5 – Make Ther Layer Again
Once you’re done with the first lasagna layer, make sure to repeat the process to make the second layer of lasagna. In the second layer, add all the remaining veggies, sauce, and cheese. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and other spices you want to add to give a nice taste to your lasagna recipe. Step 6 – Bake With Aluminum Foil
It’s time to bake the veggie lasagna with an aluminium foil sheet to cover the bowl. But before covering the bowl, make sure to spread the oil inside the piece of foil. Crim the edges nicely so that nothing comes out when baking the lasagna. Make sure to bake the lasagna for at least 20-30 minutes at the temperature of 350 degrees F. After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake it uncovered for the next 25 minutes.
