  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2-3 chopped tomatoes

  • 2 tomato puree

  • 1 cup water
  • Half tablespoon chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Oregano dried
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black Pepper power
  • Curry paste for garnishing
  • Cheese and Mozzarella
  • Lasagna Noodles or Pasta

Let’s Start The Recipe

Follow the given steps to start preparing your lasagna:-

Step 1 – Boil Your Lasagna Noodles

First, you need to boil lasagna noodles. You can skip this step by using already boiled lasagna, and it will take only 20-30 minutes to cook the noodles thoroughly.

Step 2 – Cook All The Veggies

The veggies include tomato, onion, garlic, bell pepper, and other veggies you want to add to the list. Now take a bowl, put 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil and add all the veggies. Make sure to cook all the veggies for at least 4-5 minutes. Do not turn off the flame until all the veggies turn light brown.

Step 3 – Prepare Tomato Sauce

Once your veggies are cooked, transfer them into a bowl. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and curry paste into the bowl. Now add salt (As per taste) and other spices accordingly. Crim the edges nicely so that nothing comes out when baking the lasagna. Make sure to bake the lasagna for at least 20-30 minutes at the temperature of 350 degrees F. After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake it uncovered for the next 25 minutes.
