  1. 2 tbsp Orient Asian Red Chilli Paste
  2. 1 bowl of Large peas, boiled
  3. 3 potatoes (grated), boiled
  4. 4 Kaffir lime leaves finely chopped
  5. 2 tbsp olive oil
  6. 6 Bread slices
  7. Butter
  8. Salt to taste

Method: 

  1. Heat the skillet and sprinkle it with olive oil and add Orient Asian Red Chilli Paste. Include the potatoes and saute. 
  2. Include kaffir lime leaves, curry powder, boiled peas and salt. 
  3. Pound the potatoes and peas and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. 
  4. When cooked leave the filling to chill off 
  5. Use slices of bread and butter them uniformly. 
  6. Uniformly spread the filling on 3 bread slices and then cover them each with another slice of bread.
