Method

  1. To make the dough for the momos, place the flour, oil and salt in a container. Blend well and gradually add lukewarm water to make a smooth and delicate mixture. Cover the dough with a lid and put it away. 
  2. To make the veggie filling, heat the oil in a wide skillet and include the garlic. Stir for a minute, include the cut green chillies and ginger and blend well. Include the chopped onions and, mix for 3 mins or till they turn soft.
