8. 1 teaspoon cumin

How to make vegetarian burritos:

● To prepare salsa sauce:

1. Chop onions, tomatoes, and jalapenos
2. Add chopped tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, and chives of spring onions in a bowl
3. Squeeze 1 lime into the mixture
4. Add coriander leaves to get that freshness and season it with olive oil, cumin seeds, salt and pepper
5. Mix all the ingredients well

● To prepare the burritos:

1. Take a pan and add olive oil to it
2. Heat it for some time
3. Add kidney beans to the pan and lightly mash them
4. Add salt and pepper as seasoning
5. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, and chilli powder to it
6. Let the beans cook for a few minutes
7. Add tabasco sauce and squeeze half the lime for lifting the           flavour of the kidney beans
8. Chop some onions and them to the kidney beans
9. Sprinkle some salt
10. Fold the tortilla and put it into a baking dish which is pre- sprayed with some olive oil
11. Spread a layer of mozzarella cheese
12. Put the baking dish into the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes at 180 degrees
13. Garnish it with coriander leaves
